From Vacant Land to Full Marketing Rollout
Morlink Tradepark started as vacant land in a strategic industrial corridor. We led the project from the earliest conceptual stages through to a complete digital and physical marketing rollout. Every visual, brand element, and design decision was handled in-house to create a fully cohesive campaign. The result: a high-impact, ready-to-market industrial estate built from the ground up.
Interactive 360 IM & 360 Renders
To fully immerse potential buyers in the vision for Morlink, we built an interactive Information Memorandum embedded with 360-degree renders. This tool allowed users to explore the estate in real time, rotating and navigating through the environment as if they were on site.

Branding & Identity
We developed the Morlink brand from scratch, starting with naming and logo development and building a visual identity that reflects strength, clarity, and industrial reliability. The identity works seamlessly across digital, signage, print, and stakeholder presentations.

Full Precinct & Building Design
Our team designed the entire layout of the estate, including the individual buildings, road access points, and site configurations. These designs were used to inform both the 3D renders and real-world development discussions.

Web Design & Development

Aerial 3D Renders
Using drone-sourced aerial photography, we created detailed aerial 3D renders that showed the future site layout in real-world context. These visuals were used heavily across campaign materials to show lot positioning, scale, and road connectivity.
